Web Host with mailing lists

I'm looking for a web host that can provide upto 100/150 mailing lists on one of their hosting packages.
Bandwidth/Webspace is no biggie as going to be used for mailing purposes only for Scouting.

Any ideas or recommendations?

There isn't one, but just to be clear, anyone found to be spamming, or with an excessive amount of spam abuse complains will be contacted by support and asked to rectify this / have their account terminated

Okay - it's for use of internal scouting communications within the Staffs county, no spam involved .

Just talking to one of the other leaders.

I currently use another host for 2 mailing lists where members can email an address and it dishes it out to all the members. I can adjust whether certain members need approval to email, or which members actually receive emails etc.

Could I do this with the VDS pro system? (just want to make sure)

I haven't made my Chief Scout yet (only 19 though, plenty of time!)
