if you are going to trade online, a certain amount of dexterity is advisable with the key board.Al you need to do is open an account with a broker/spread betting company or whatever and put some money in.
Or am I missing something? It's all gone a bit twilight zone on here tonight and I am being forced to shake off my 8 posts a month average.

Sorry if i wasnt clear i mean a e-commerce business selling electrical goods.
The fact you are selling "online" doesn't make a great deal of difference to a traditional business in terms of any legal requirements.Tax, Insurances, potentially VAT etc etc.
Lots if info been posted here before, do a search.
Why do you need a partner?
Will you want to set up a formal partnership?
Have you considered operating through a limited company?
Have you conducted any market research?
Why are you limiting your selling to on-line only?
Have you carried out any sort of business plan?
Do you know what your expected or desired Mark Up/Gross Profit margins are going to be?
