Rear brake cylinder on a ZX Estate (95M)

Hi all - can anyone tell me how difficult it is changing a rear brake cylinder on a 95 M-reg Citroen ZX estate? Garage are quoting £150 which seems excessive.

1 1/2 hours absolute max if you need to replace the brake pipe as well . Wheel cylinder should be about £18. So to my reckoning around £70
