What free video editing software?

I need a simple downloadable video editing software for PC, preferably free!! It does not need to be too fancy, we just need to do a few transitions and some titles etc and combine some clips, any ideas?

Windows movie maker comes free with windows. Should do everything you need. If you don't have it you can download from here:
