setting up email on an LG u990?

having a few issues here, nothing really helps in the manual so i'll come to the interweb where nothing is impossible!

I'm in the settings area and need to enter an:
-outgoing mail server,
-incoming mail servermailbox type (imap4 or pop3)
-smtp username
-smtp password

any idea how i find these things? the email i want to use is gmail if that helps.
