It would appear that despite all the noises being made about Mad Max, nothing or no one seems to be prepared to put their hand up and question his judgement, his motives, or for that matter why he's still in the job!

So what about fan power. What would happen if all those fans who go and visit a GP in 08 brought with them large banners all saying the very same thing in every language of every country that F1 is shown. Maybe use some famous Murray Walker words...

Mad Max Mosely, it's time for you to GO GO GO...

Imagine the TV screens on a Sunday afternoon, Martin Brundle does his grid walk, the only time of the weekend he doesn't have to stand beside another Cock in the sport (but that's another thread!!) and as he pans across to show the TV audience the atmoshere from the crowds you'd see a sea of Mad Max GO GO GO banners with everyone chantting Max must Go!

Could you image the PR coverage from that smile

People power does work and on a global scale too. I bet he wouldn't last more than maybe 2 or 3 race weekends if everyone did it.

POWER TO THE PEOPLE

They would have bought tickets and F1 would be all over the TV/papers/magazines so he'd still win. The only way for the fans to get rid of him would be to not turn up and turn the TVs off.
