IMG to ISO

Can anyone recommend some software that converts IMG files to ISO files, or alternatively one which can burn IMG files.

All burning software I have can only burn ISO files??

img from say idvd?

drag it to disk utility and select convert - to dvd/cd master to create a cdr file which can simply be renamed to iso.

It was originally a 4.05 GB .rar file, when I opened the rar it was an img file. I want to watch the movie but I need to convert it to ISO before I can burn it??

I don't have iDVD, I have CloneDVD but it requires an ISO to burn, as does my Sonic Burner. So i need some software which can take in an img file and give me out an ISO file.

If it's Windows, try DVD Shrink, that should do it. You can find it with a little hunting in Google.

Edited to add, i'm not sure it'll write out to a .ISO, but it will read an IMG and burn a DVD from it.

DVD Shrink seems to have worked a treat I now have a 4.0GB ISO file. Perfect.

For future or anyone else searching, you can get MagicISO to unpack/repack it if burning it doesnt do anything
