Had another play and here's the results...



I'm sure this is the easy stuff, but good fun all the same.

One question for those who know, can I soften the edge of a cropped image rather than adding light or dark shadows?

Yep...run around the edge with the "Blur" tool in the tools pallet.

yes, when you select the portion of the image, right click > feather

I've done that, but wondered if there was a short cut in CS2 or perhaps a filter I can't find?

Do it once by hand then record it as an "Action".
