I went up to Harrogate HC today, and had a general rummage around, and a drive in a reflex green Tamora, (thanks Nicky!!) - It felt so much smoother and more together than my car! I thought my now defunct car had a good engine, but those cheeky monkeys at TVR have been beavering away and improving the engines, gearboxes, suspension and every thing else. Fabulous smoothness and power from the S6, great noise and traction -

Well, it's no use, I have to have another one!!

Bloody Hell Nubbin, just seen the other thread and the photos. Glad you're OK. At least we can all take solace in the fact the Tamora is pretty solid if required. Not that I intend testing it!!

So when will you be collecting the replacement

Good to see you're going to stick with the Tamora after your little mishap. You know it makes sense.
Cheers,

Nubbin,
If you get it welcome to the most exclusive club, their will be 3 of us with reflex green Tamora's. (that I know about anyway) Must get a shot of all together. What interior did it have, was it new or 2nd hand. Good price?
Must be like getting a new one all over again
Cheers

Glenn, it had Portland grey and a slightly darker grey, two-tonw ambla, with slate lamonta inserts. lovely engine and gear box - it felt much smoother than mine, even though it had only done 1400 miles. I'm now wondering whether to buy it as an ex-demo, or wait and save for a new one. Oh, the temptations!!

Hawthorns (Farnham) have a Reflex green ex-demo car in stock. They have had it in stock for ages, over 6 months.

Needs the 18" wheels though.

Aha Good day Monsieur, Tis the other Reflex owner!!!
How is your car Edward, all going fine I hope. Can't beleieve that such a breath taking car can sit around for 6 months can you. dealer obviously doesn't want to put any more money into it otherwise it would have 18" already. seems like a bargain if you want one with low mileage but brand new.

And to you. It was sitting in the workshop when I was working out colours and leather etc. It only has Bison so I didn't go for it as its the price of a new one anyway. Also was in bits and had been used as a donor car for parts broken on other cars. Still a deal to be had I am sure.

You able to GontheG? You were not sure last time we spoke. (well typed)

No unfortunately not as I am only picking my car up from it's 6000 mile service this weekend and family commitments.

Definately would be good to sort out another Tamora meet whilst the weather is good.

Perhaps when Nubbin and Steven take delivery we can sort out a large gathering of the Tams and T350's say September time?

Hey Nubbin
Was the car immaculate, I assume they could give you a healthy discount plus full warranty, what with no running in must be a great deal to be had. Good luck
Cheers
Glenn

It was a pretty nice car, Glenn, but I quite fancy a 390bhp Tamora.....(only for the uprated brakes and sports exhaust, obviously )
