Upgrading from audi A4 (B5) to Audi A4 B6 any tips?

Ive done about 120k miles in my 1999 Audi A4 1.9tdi SE. the car has been a pleasure to own and drive.
However, its coming up to 170k miles now, so im planning to change it for a B6 Audi A4.

My B5 is nice, but has : Poor headlights, Radio gets noisy when you think about changing the volume, LCD in the radio and in dash goes black as the car gets hotter, wind noise from front doors, corrosion on bootlid and the rubber things on the bottom of the dorrs keep falling off.

Is there anything in particular to watch out for when looking for B6 Audi A4 tdi's?

I owned a 1999 B6 for 3 years followed by a 2002 B6 for 2.

Differences:
B6 quieter, noticeably less wind noise, sometimes eerily quiet!
B6 stiffer suspension. B5 is probably the best riding car I've ever driven
B6 slightly more rear legroom (still pretty poor)
B6 lowest seat height too high for me, higher than B5 which had a great driving position
B6 nicer interior, with nice touches like 3 flashes if you flick the indicators
B6 basic stereo sounded much better than B5's

My experiences with Multitronics have not been good. They seem to be troublesome.

Brakes are sharp on B6 take some getting used to.

All in all, I would say it's a slight improvement.
