Did a bit of googling and turns out it's some ambulance chasing scumbags called "Reclaim2Gain"
They will claim back any unfair bank charges - only costs 40 quid to register

I have my mobile registered with the TPS so cretins like this should not be allowed to call - where can I complain?

How do you register on TPS so I can advise my very elderly grandparents to sign up.
ETA: I do marketing an reserarch my target markets etc (when not on PH) so don't understand why you'd waste time & money hassleing a couple of old fogies in an old peoples home.

I know this company, their MD has a nice new 911 Turbo. Two of my 'friends' work there and think it's
ing hilarious to get their colleagues to phone me from time to time trying to 'claim back' my bank charges.
The guy running it seems a bit of a petrolhead giving his previous fleet (RS Escort back when they were 'new', Impreza, Clio V6, Porsches), wouldn't be surprised if he's a member here.
ETA: Cookie for anyone who can guess what line of business they were in before they jumped on the bank charges band wagon

Think I just registered on their website.
My guess is ambulance chasing as a previous line of business. Am I right?

I'm very happy for him - perhaps he'd like to post up here and justify hassling people who have opted out of being cold called?

Best thing to do here is get the MD's home address and phone number from Companies House and then ring the fvcker every hour on the hour all night for a week.
It worked for me whenI wanted to make a date with this woman I really fancied at a board meeting once Vodafone were hassling me.

Next time, and any time one of them type pricks calls, just ask them to hold the line for a second, then wonder off for a biscuit and see how long they'll hold for.

I don't get that fun any more, as we are registered with the TPS and nobody bothers us any more.

Why you complainng? Dont you want free internet service providings?
This is what knarks me about these companies. They're selling people information that is freely available on the internet. They're basically printing out letters that someone else has put together (moneysavingexpert, consumeractiongroup, etc) and selling them for £40!
I also wonder if they tell these people when they're pitching them that, right now you can't claim back your charges as the claims have been put on hold whilst this test case goes ahead. So basically they're just robbing people of £40 for something they may never be able to claim back!
