Where is ODB2 socket, located on a 2006 XJ Sovereign?

Anybody know where the ODB2 fault code reader socket is located on a 2006 XJ Sovereign?

Drivers side footwell. Just at the bottom where the dash panel ends IIRC

For anybody else who is interested: the socket can be found by sitting in the drivers seat and feeling around with your left hand at the point the lower edge of the centre console meets carpet - just below the rear edge of the dash panel... at about knee height.
