Merc vito cdi upgrade

Hi all , I have a Merc vito 108 cdi and as you can guess its bog slow. I have fitted a tuning chip from Dragon performance but I was wondering if any of you guys new what the difference was between the 112vito (122BHP) or even the 115 vito (150BHP).
I know the block is the same but what gives the extra BHP? Turbo size, bigger injectors, different ECU? If anyone knows let me know as I fancy a bit of an upgrade.
Why the van well Im into bikes and the van is ideal for transporting them.
