laguna heating problem

hi you clever lot

need help the heater in my laguna only gives out hot air
no matter what position the knob is in
not much of a prob at the moment but when weather warms up it will be a nightmare
aircon button makes not difference either

hi on the back of the heater knobs there are cables and sometimes they come off common fault on the laguna 2

Its probably the heater matrix - v.common fault on Pre 2001 Lagunas!
Is their fluid leaking into your passenger footwell?
