Focus instrument cluster problems...repair??

I still haven't resolved my faulty cluster, however while trawling the inet came across these guys:

...who say they can do a repair service by mail for about £100 which to me seems worth it..anyone had any experience of 'em? Basically I remove the cluster & post it off with a turn around of roughly a week, they seem pretty confident in being able to sort it out as they have done (apparently) so many.
