For all the recent feck-ups and outages Xbox are offering the game, Undertow for free (usually 800 points.)

1 player campaign and 16 player online multiplayer.

Its an aquatic shooter and is supposed to be rather good.

Just check the marketplace between Wednesday and Sunday to download it.

Ring customer services - word on Kotaku is that they "promise to look after you" if you already have it, with the options being your choice of another game or 800ms points. Given your circumstances, I'd expect equal treatment at the very least.

I'd rather have the MS points rather than some cheesy wank game. Also would in effect reimburse me for the 800 MS points I paid for my gamertag.

I don't have the net in my new place yet so I can't download either.

I can't play Forza or Test Drive thanks to my lack of internet and various download packs either

I downloaded the latest car pack for TDU (Pack 6 iirc) and then a day later it packed up, The update was no longer available on marketplace and I had to delete the dl content in order to play TDU.

I'd rather they just added a few days on to my subscription, I got three months for Christmas and about two weeks of those were marred with XBox Live being temperamental.

When your in the arcade/downloaded demos bit of your xbox, hit 'Y' (I think) to get to the downloads.

It's also the first page on that new "news" icon on the orangey coloured page (if you are using the standard theme - you know, the page it starts up on)
