Hi all, does anyone know of a type nine gearbox specialist, I need the input shaft to be adapted to fit a rover kv6 clutch plate.

I'd talk to Quaife, but I think a far better route is to buy a clutch from AP racing with the correct centre in it. That's going to be a much cheaper and almost certainly better solution.

Wouldnt it be easier to get a clutch plate to suit ?

As Steve suggests it would be far easier to find a clutch plate that fits within the KV6 flywheel and pressure plate. There's quite a bit of choice in both Ford and other manufacturers parts. What diameter friction plate do you need?

Failing that one of the Type 9 specialists is BGH

Thanks for the response, the clutch plate diameter is 235mm, I think ford did a 240mm which would fit the flywheel and clutch cover once again thanks.
