Focus Washer Bottle

I have to get to the washer bottle on Mrs S's Focus - do I just remove the inner wing on the passenger side for this? Any help gratefully received.

Probably not related to what you are doing - but I thought I had a dodgy washer pump on my focus - turned out to be just the control stalk that needed replacing.
