S-Type power steering pump.

Hello and sorry if this has been addressed before!!
I have a 2000 S-Type 3.0 V6.
It appears that the seal behind the pulley on the power steering pump is leaking. I have spoken to a few Jag stealers and they seem to think this is very uncommon??
I am wondering if any of you have had such troubles?? or can recommend a suitable solution. i.e. Do you have to replace just the seal or the complete unit? Either way is this just through Jaguar or is it something you can get form Ford like the steering fluid.
