I want to change the rear lights on my Mondeo to the 2005 spec ones, but have learned that if I do this that there wouldn't be the mandantory rear reflectors required to pass the MOT.

So, I want some way to attach some reflectors at the rear of the car.

Is it just a case of gluing them with something?

Do they have to be at a certain angle in order to pass the MOT test?

Cheers.

I've looked at this as well, mine's a pre facelift and I wanted the clear indicators on.

If it helps, my Quantum doesnt have any rear reflectors - the XR2 donor had them seperately so I bought a pair of sidestrip reflectors from Halfords and glued them on, passed the MOT no problem. Mind you, it had passed the MOT for the last 6 years without them

May I ask where exactly did you glue them? (I mean which part of the bodywork)

I was thinking of putting mine here...

Thanks.

Thats roughly where they are on the newer Mk3 so I think you'll be fine. Might need the later bumper though??

I checked the SVA regs from the Kit Cars section, as it's got heights and widths in it, just to make sure that they were above minimum height more than anything
