There was a new update out for the Nokia E65 so stuck that on (seems to be better with WPA-PSK now smile) - and while I was there stuck on Operamini - so much better!!

Does anyone else have any useful (free) Symbian apps? I use Autolock which is handy, and Spodtronic for internet radio.

I use Fring I use it to phone free via internet (wifi) on MSN and Skype but it supports lots of other apps and is free, one tip, don't forget to disconect the internet conection if you want the battery to last for more than a couple of days.
Oh and that autolock is good, any more anyone.

Couple of things I have running on my PDA (WM5) but not on my Smartphone yet, but I wonder if anyone else has tried them. There are Smartphone versions but my W960i isn't supported or at least they don't work yet, probably because it's a touch screen phone.

Zumobi - http://www.zumobi.com/ (direct dl links on this page- http://my.zumobi.com/forums/forums/2/topics/18 )

I'm also testing MS Deepfish, their iPhone style zooming internet browser on my PDA there is also a Symbian version but again it's a CAB file install and doesn't work on my phone.

But two to look at for future things.

Looks like that only connects to "mobile youtube" which is something they set up for phones. It uses mp4 files that the phone can play native but doesn't seem to have the range of videos available that the main site does. I'll have to experiment with it and get back to you on that...

The new youtube application works fine on my N95, I needed real player settings set to streaming rather than video. Can view all subjects.
Cheers.
