a quiet mouse

I want a mouse that is dead quite, ie. clicking does not make a noise.

My gf and I have a PC each, on each side of the bed, I sleep before her and she loves to play Sims 2 all night. The clicking of her mouse is a pain, but I dont really have the heart to tell her to stop playing, as she seems happy.

Anyone know of a quiet mouse?

She sleeps at about 7am, due to her not working at the moment, her using the PC is after all fun and games have finished.

You should be able to re-map the Sims controls to a gamepad which would be pretty much silent.
