Drove a lovely old dear to the airport yesterday, and got talking about cars (as you do).

She was telling me all about a Hotchkiss that her dad bought brand new in 1938, and immediately I offered to try and find out something about it if I could - thinking of PH immediately hehe

She's got a photo of it that she'll photocopy for me when she gets back, in case anyone is interested - But how do you start to trace a car/owner and see if it's still running?

i think there is something on the DVLA site if its been taxed since they computerised the losing of records.

Just tried that... nothing listed but they haven't got hotchkiss down as a manufacturer so the search might not be valid frown
