ddr2 5300 vs 5400 ?

Anyone know which one will fit to my motherboard . In manual it sais:
" Supports DDRII667/533 non-ECC, un-buffered memory" but both pc25300 and 5400 are667mhz are they ?

Best to have a look here - http://www.crucial.com/
find your computer and it will tell you exactly what to fit and how much you can put in.
That'll avoid any confusion.
