hey si,
i own a small engineering company (40 staff) and have worked at some big ones.
engineering is a big world - civil / auto / aero / defence - which is of interest?
most of my experience is auto, but i have some aero too.
let me know if that is of any use.

Hi guys thanks for the replies..
Sorry if I seem to have mislead you it was not intentional.

She is not a engineer nor a grad. She has just taken a roll on in a big recruitment company as an account manager.
The company specialises in Engineering and is number 1 for recruitment in the industry
there website is justengineers.net.
Im basically just trying to give her a bit of help so if anyone is interested and would like me to get her to give you a call let me know.

Thx
Si

Do you currently have a budget for recruitment? do you think there would be anything she would be able to help you with?

Thx

We do but only through our preferred agents. I think the best thing for your better half to do would be to get up to date and actually understand on the types of engineer and skills people are asking for. I get crazy calls from agents tyring to pitch people whose experience is nothing to do with our need, they've just played word match and got desperate. What area will she be concentrating on as an account manager? i.e. Aero, utilties etc?
