U.S. Recruitment Agency's

Anyone had any happy dealings with U.S. recruitment firms? I have been working as a European BDM for the past ten years on behalf of a couple of U.S. companies and am looking to move. But being on the rainy side of the pond I do not know where to market myself Stateside.

Biotech industry so not Motoring related sorry!

Any recommendations thankfully received.

"Agencies", unless you are referring to something belonging to a US recruitment agency. Pedantry of course, but I have refused to hire people in the past on account of their poor grammar and spoken English, as I wouldn't wish them representing my company in that way.
