rumour has it a 9ff gt9 did 221mph before running out of runway at brunters today. wouldn't of minded being a passenger in that

Jeez that is a big speed- I reckon based on what i've seen of the spec etc, it's entirely plausible too.

Good lord, it makes their convertible at 211mph roof up, 202mph roof down seem positively sedate.

That's it then...From now on at VMax there will 2 categories,

1, 9FF's and Ruff's.

2, All other cars.

As of VMax Red-line, please Craig.

So far as im aware no road car has officially exceeded 212mph at brunters. Three in the 211's if im correct at least one of those times was done before it was shortened.

How long is Brunters ? and do they do rolling starts ?

Id like to get to a top speed event this year, assuming I dont run into more problems !
Im sure I'll be able to crack 200 without too much trouble.

Joels car should perform a bit better too this year..

I seem to remember bottom corner to beams being around 1.85 miles, though that may be wrong.

About 1.6/7 miles to the timing beams.

You`ll exit the bottom bend at 50+ mph

I understand the film will be on Evo's website soon.

(I know this 'cos I know the driver, and have seen the video)
