Puma Rear Suspension Bushes - Fitting Help Needed!

Hope someone can help....

CAr has just failed its MOT due to sh*gged Rear beam bushes & I was thinking of changing them myself.

From what I understand, this is a fairly common problem - does anyone have a guide (or any advice) as to what needs doing / how it should be done?

Failing that, what is a fair price to pay a garage for this work?

I got mine done at Pumabuild. It didn't look like a technically difficult job, but it did take them a while and a very big hammer to get them out. So be warned! I think with the stubborn ones, you saw them along the radius to cut them in half, then beat them out with a sledgehammer. Not something I'd like to do lying on my back with a ton of metal jacked over my head.
