What do you intend to sell?

How do you expect to be paid?

Before you get into any enterprise you MUST be clear in your mind what you intend to do.

The internet is not some magic force where unusual or different rules apply.

The fundamentals of business are the same whether in a virtual world or a real one.

I would agree.

However, on an amusing and quite ironic note I am not sure whether you know, but from what I have seen of Second Life it is a bit of a magic force where very unusual rules apply as you can move impossibly heavy object, fly around unaided and do any number of things that Newton would turn in his grave over! smile

That said, I will never be swapping my money for an invented currency anytime...

I remember reading about some chinese guy employing a team of programmers to design secondlife houses. He was making serious money selling this virtual property through eBay I think.
