Word to PDF - hyperlinks

Hope someone can help - I'm having real trouble with Hyperlinks in a Word doc - specifically, getting them to show in the conversion to PDF.

Have checked the conversion settings (in Word) under Adobe PDF and the 'Add links to Adobe PDF' is ticked.

Strange thing is that I have another almost identical template which converts the links perfectly.

Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

If it's just a once off, and there are only a few links to do, then do them manually after the pdf is created; I spent a couple of hours a year or so back with exactly this issue then thought 'sod it' and did them by hand - doesn't take long.

Know what you mean - trouble is though that it is a newletter updated once a week and emailed out.

Don't fancy having to do it every week!

I had some issues with Adobe which arose from having installed it at teh wrong time! When you install Adobe it needs to be after you've just switched the machine on and before you've opened any Office elements (inc outlook or excel).

Don't know if this will solve your issues but it might help.
