Any online incremental search tools available?

Perhaps somebody can help as I can't find what I'm looking for and I'm sure it's exists.

I need to find an example of an incremental search that works in the same way iTunes does.
For example; As you type, the results appear. Does this exist or is it too much of a data load for online usage?

I think what you're after is an Ajax suggest search.

Something like Google Suggest adds a list of keywords as you type, but I suspect that to have actual search results might be too much.
