Kempshott Lane, Basingstoke 14th Feb 08. There are hand-held speed checks going on this morning. A couple of uniformed gents await by Fuzzy Drove. My betting is that school-run-mum is their target and they are bagging them by the handful.

Just a reminder to watch your speed, especially coming down the hill its easy for it to creep up and I'm sure you'd all rather not give Greedy Gordo £60.
