Anyone noticed the huge Welcome To Scotland poster in the arrivals hall at Dyce airport?

Only one problem. It's taken in the Gulf of Mexico
Which numptie in VISIT SCOTLAND made the decision to not use a Scottish agency to provide such "in your face" imagery?
