Looking for a company that can provide this on a 24/7 basis for possible opportunity. More for home based problems rather then traditoinal office support... anyone recommend one?

For over the phone stuff, I think PC Helpline are open 24/7

Can't remember their number though. They deal with the unsupported issues for Virgin Media etc.
