Anyone know off the top of their head what the following problem could be?

When driving along usually from cold the locks start randomly locking and unlocking? I thought it was a safety feature at first but have now discounted this.

Any ideas?

Thanks

i think its something to do with a loose earth or a relay for the locking that causes it , i would start there , check the relay for the CDL and fuses.

After a google the suggested fix is to remove fuse 63 for ten minutes then reinsert. I'll post back if it works.

Unscrew the drivers side panel under the steering column.
Central locking ECU is a black unit with 2 plugs going to it. About 6" x 3" x 2" size. Screwed up on bulkhead/steel bracket.

I'd unplug that and leave for a few minutes.

Plug back in *after cuppa*
Try the CDL on the key from outside.
