I usually browse the fora via what's new.
1) One of my posts took six minutes to appear. You could see I was the latest poster on what's new>last visit, but if you actually went into the thread, no post. Similarly, no entry on what's new>my stuff
2) When an OP has made a post, it takes ages to be available. Each time you go in you get the nothing to see here message. Again, 5-6 minutes later the post is available
3) Related to 1) above. On a thread you can see the last poster (in what's new>last visit) is say John, but when you go in the last available post is say, Bill.
4) About every tenth refresh on what's new>last visit I get the error has occurred message
5) Tried to look at Tuscans in the classifieds, couldn't get in

posts disappearing for a while,
then appearing on the list, but in the actual thread,
then the other way round
then appearing in both with a time mark about 10 mins after I wrote the post (13.22 for this one).
Do other people have other posts appearing before they've been written as some kind of compensation?

Yup - yet another server split.
Cue the usual disappearing posts, different latest posts each time you do a Ctrl-Refresh and "What's New" all over the place.
It happens when the different servers get out of sync and return different results depending on which one you happen to be looking at, or so I understand it.
