Spotted - M-reg Civic with PH stickers - A4 London Bound

As the title says, I spotted a black M reg civic saloon being driven East bound along the heavily congested A4 at about 3:50pm this afternoon in.

So, who wants to lay claim to this one then? Whoever it is, their car definatly sticks out...especially when they are concentrating on playing with their phone/radio and swerving in and out of the outside lane with very little control causing an endless stream of cars to slam on the anchors and get out of his way. I don't suppose he noticed the big lorry that had to swerve out of his way (narrowly missing a bus on the inside lane) either...

Oh and to top it all off, he veered across to the inside lane from the outside lane and then decided he liked the middle lane more. The worse part was that I was in the middle lane almost drawing level with him when he just yanked the wheel over and causing me to brake pretty hard. Lucky he didn't hit the van infront I guess.

Oh but it's ok, because after he forced me out the way he stuck his hand up to say thank you!
