Why do all the Pontiac front end grille's look cack ? Something so easy to rectify could make that UTE look a whole lot better...

I think the front end is a reminder of some car they made back in the stone age. I can under stand their thinking but the execution leaves allot to be desired on both vehicles. The front bar and the bonnet can be replaced with HSV or Holden parts to make it look good.

I actually prefer the G8's front end to the SV6/SS. The SS is kind of devoid of style, it is just a big plastic bumper with black plastic inserts for the grille and foglight housings. There isn't really any proper styling involved, if that makes sense.

The G8 on the other hand at least has some chrome here and there and the nostrils on the bonnet make it look a bit more aggressive.

The differences are most obvious when a G8 is parked next to an SS.

Pontiac front end looks a whole lot better than the VXR8 though I'd still paint the foglight surrounds to match the rest of the car, even if they are a lot smaller than the cheap looking Vauxhall version.
