My Chim was having major leaks of PAS fluids.

Went to Perry Mott of the V8 Centre today who installed a conversion.
Being a braided hose made out of one piece instead of the rubber hoses.

Took about an hour to install.
The new hose cost £57 and installation was £50.(so £107.00 including VAT)

No more leaks, great.

Here is the hose.

Here it is installed

Anyone know if/where I could buy just the 'one-piece' braided hose as pictured (to install myself)?

Nick.

Having just almost lost an arm replacing one of the jubilee clips on mine I'd probably be interested in one of these too.

Sorry can't do photo as it is installed.
Instead of four Jubilee clips there are only two now, the first to connect to the resevoir and the second to the pump.

You can see from the pic above. 2 jubilees now converted to 2 pressure joints. Only now 2 jubilees in whole set up, one at pump and one at reservoir.

The U bend is in the picture ?

Sorry guys but I had to get it quickly as the Chim is in for a service in a few days and I had to make sure I got it in time. perry is making them to order.
My u-bend is permanently dripping now (ooooh matron)so needs doing urgently.

Fernhursts seem very interested in it so I told Perry I would put the word out.
