Fuel capacity

Anyone know what the maximum capacity of the fuel tank is in litres. Searching all over the place but can't find anything

Hmm, 206 miles on 49.27litres makes 271 miles on a full tank at approx 19mpg. Seems a bit high to me unless I can't get to all that fuel before the pump deprimes.

Managed 320 miles on 46 litres last week. Exeter, Heathrow return. Driving like a granny of course.

I believe both the Chim & Tuscan have 57 litre tanks.

How many MPG. I only get 18mpg !

I get 18(ish) normally too. Best ever seen was 24 (driving to Birmingham from the South coast)

VYT, not sure all your cylinders were working on that journey I don't think anyone would be able to beat that.
I think you should look in your bonnet and check you've actually got a TVR engine in that car.

BMW V12 5litre 16mpg
TVR Cerbera 19mpg
Cobra 6l chevy 8mpg.

All on mainly motorway driving! With a bit of foot down driving

Usually managed 17-19 around town in my Chim, with upto 28 on a good run. The Tuscan gives 19-20 around town, about 28 on a run.

I filled her up before I left and filled her up when I got back Just over a 1/4 tank left, got 46 litres in. I was quite pleased as well. Spent most of the time cruising @3k RPM. I usually get 20 - 22mpg driving locally.

Not much wrong with performance. I test drove a T350 at the weekend, for sure my Cerbera has the edge in raw performance.

On the subject of the T350. The speed 6 does sound good, for me better than the V8 Cerb. The car was just excellent, so well sorted, might have to get one when I can save enough pennies.
