PH Meet Next Week

Come to Brands Hatch next Thursday!

Next week we will be holding a Sunday Service type event, but, hang on - it’s not on a Sunday. It is in fact next Thursday (April 10) at Brands Hatch and is free to anyone who wants to come along. As with all our other events it’s a good opportunity to meet other PHers and have a look at what each other is driving.

You can turn up from around 4pm and there is a BBQ at 8pm. Hopefully the weather will be nice, but don’t be put off if it’s not – there’s an indoor bar to retreat to! At the same time we will be holding this year’s first PH track day at Brands Hatch with an open pitlane format so you can go on and off track as you please.

If you want to take your car out on the track you will need to book first as places are limited to 40 cars. However you will be guaranteed plenty of track time at the event, which is organised with MotorSportVision. Even if you only have limited track experience don’t feel intimidated, the team from MSV will ensure you are well looked after and as it's a PH event there will be plenty of friendly faces around to offer you advice if you want it.

Signing in starts at 15.30, a briefing at 16.30 and the track opens at 17.30 running until 20.00. MSV will host a BBQ at 20.00 and have allowed us to have spectators at these events.

If you don’t want to take part in the track day then just turn up for the meet.

There are five track days this year:

Brands Hatch: 10th April- £119

Snetterton: 15th May- £99

Brands Hatch: 17th July- £119

BedfordAutodrome: 4th September- £125

CadwellPark: 5^th August - £99

Usual MSV noise and safety rules apply, so check the website above for full terms and conditions.

Snetterton 105dB(A)

Bedford101dB(A) static and 88.5dB(A) drive- by

Must let people know earlier i would have booked time off work as i found the other p.h. meet last month very good.

by the by anyone know of good kart sales sites with pictures.(not e.bay as cant get access on work)

Wonder if P.H. might be able to have a section (i've gone through the classified section without finding anything) as i'm sure it would be popular.
