Getting some coding done (C#, COM, VS)

Am looking to get a little bit of coding done. Just a simple addin hooking into a couple of APIs for a Webservice and an MS product (button on toolbar either sends stuff to web, or retrives).

I have a vague idea that there was a website (hire a coder ?) that people could bid (?) for the work ?

No commercial interest, will be open source type thing.

Any suggestions ?
