Unmarked BMW X5

Seen all sorts of unmarked bib recently but this one was something a bit different. Silver X5 3 adults and luggage - really didn't look like plod. Poor sod got pulled by it on the A130

Saw an unmarked green/greyish VW Passat bombing along the M20 Eastbound today near the ashford junction with blue lights flashing in the grill.

also a silver touring 5series BMW along the A20 near swanley turn off,iv seen it down that way twice now.
