Can anyone point me to a good online resources for a startup business?

The Mrs is starting up a small scale cakes and chocs business. She's signing up for premises that the health folk can inspect, but details of the hoops she needs to jump through would be handy, along with any handouts she can get for equipment etc

She's too old for a Princes Trust grant, or whatever.
