A6 Avant tyre pressures 225x45x17

Hi - can anyone confirm correct tyre pressures for A6 Avant Petrol 2001 using 225x45x17 wheels ? Handbook only quotes 205x55x16

Help appreciated

look in the fuel filler cap.

mine are 36psi lightly loaded ( same wheel and tyre but on a saloon a6 3.0 quattro 2002)

Thanks - the fuel filler also only quotes 205x55 pressures & not the larger size. I will try 36 psi but that does sound quite high.

I ran this size for 6 years/70k miles on an A6 1.8T. 36 PSI was recommended and worked just fine.

seems fair to say that 36psi is the pressure to use, its what i've always used in mine (as per the book and filler cap)
