Griff or Chim 400 owners in Kent or East Sussex?

I've just had a look at the Griff 400, it's the first that I've seen, but its a bit of a bargain so I'm tempted to risk it. Would anyone with a Griff or Chim 400/4.0 respectively in Kent/East Sussex be kind enough to let me have a brief look at theirs to compare noises with a healthy one?

I remember the Three Tuns, we used to play bat and trap there. Nice pub too as I recall.

I popped over to see Chad speed this afternoon which confirmed my initial worries about the one I saw yesterday, so I'm going to steer clear of that one.
