RPC Service Terminating....?

My computer keeps shutting down a couple of mins after establishing an internet connection.

The error message says that the Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem.

Then the message comes that the RPC Service has terminated unexpectedly.

This is driving me mad.

Any ideas for curing this problem?
