Audi A4 1.8 T quattro S-Line Avant - fuel economy??
Discussion
I have put a holding deposit on an Audi A4 1.8 T quattro S-Line Avant (2004) model but having done various google searches I am getting wildly varying fuel consulption figures.
Can anyone enlighten me as to what the correct urban / extra urban / combined figures are please.
Thank in advance.

I used to have a 1.8T Sport Quattro (2001 iirc) chipped to 210 bhp and, again from memory, I was averaging circa 27mpg.
HTH
Thanks FUBAR, that's helpful. It's 190bhp so should do a little better than that.HTH
By the way did you make it back from Goodwood without incident?
Cheers

Depends if you mean the accident in I had in my trousers
Got back safe and sound
My car was originally the 180/190bhp model, dont think it made much difference post remap.
My current car (2.0T..220bhp) was getting the same mpg, but after the remap (259bhp) the mpg has actually improved by about 1mpg but I assumed it would get worse. Very odd.
