speedo seal

hi guys does any one know where i can get a seal for the speedo where it goes into the drive train. my s1 is currently having major surgery as every seal and gasket was shot. and the garage cant seem to source any also as the engine is out is there any other work that that would be wise doing.

It's a Ford Box so posibly Ford.
