Chris I'm not able to talk to Les my contact at the local HSV dealer as he's tied up with the V8 round this weekend in Perth. I have spoken to the parts guy who wasn't very helpful, he says I need to give him the VIN/chassis no before he can access the parts system (?!) 
but he thinks it is around $150 (!). He says there is no cover available.
I will speak to Les when I can get him (prolly see him at the track) and see if I can do better, in the meantime can you give me the VIN? I told the parts guy that the car is in England and he said that the VIN might not be on their system in which case he can't look it up... and wouldn't be allowed to sell me one... (Jobsworth!!, they're everywhere!)
Worst case, I have a customer with a VE R8 so might be able to use him to get one. Oh and I'm going to a WA Monaro club meet tonight so I'll see what I can find out there.
